Our apartmens are right on the beach, you walk ou from the door on the shore and the beach is there, calm quiet peaceful, a gorgeous sea to enjoy! La Villetta

terraced villa of 45 square meters located inside the San Rocco residence in Via alessandro Magno, 537, Contrada Rocchi, RENDERS (CS). Parking space, entrance with small staircase and private garden, villa with kitchen, 1 bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. There are heating and washing machine. Very quiet area inhabited mostly by families, the villa is 1 minute from the University of Calabria and 5 minutes from the central areas of Rende. This area is also accessible by public transport.

New three-room vacation home (about 120 sqm) with a separate entrance facing the sea, recently built, located in the Ser Luca Calabaia district, a stone's throw from the Belvedere Marittimo (Cs) seafront. Incredible location 10 meters from the sea that makes the view wonderful. The property offers immediate access to the large free frontal beach, very quiet and uncrowded, which also offers the services of a lido. The beach and seabed are sandy, the sea is not immediately deep.
