Totally independent apartment above our garage, 150 m from the tram to Bordeaux center and 1 km from the access to the ring road to be on the beach or in the vineyards of Saint Emilion in 45 minutes. Also close to the faculties and 700 m from the center of Pessac (cinema, market, restaurants, shops). The entrance is completely independent and you can arrive at any time thanks to a key box. Small house in Cestas (45 m²) on private property with 1 bedroom, you will have a private parking space. You can enjoy a privileged environment between Bordeaux, the Arcachon Bay and the great lakes of the Landes. Close to all amenities, you will appreciate the garden for relaxing moments. You can also benefit from public transport with bus 78 at the foot of the accommodation or the train at Gazinet station to go to Bordeaux or Arcachon.

15 m2 fully renovated room located 10 minutes from the airport. Including a bedroom with a large double bed. You will have a coffee maker and tea kettle. A bathroom with toilet and sink. An outdoor area has been set up with a table. We live in front of the airport under an air corridor, so we treated the sound insulation of this room as best we could. Being next to the airport you will easily find a taxi or a private driver.
