It is a 5-minute drive from Cessenon where you will find all amenities (bar, restaurant, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy), 5 minutes from Roquebrun, 45 minutes from the beaches and 30 minutes from Béziers.

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.
