Our cosy, newly renovated 2-room flat is located just a 7-minute walk from the castle and the main square, and 4 minutes from the bus terminal, on a wide, well-lit street with cafés, shops and eateries, although the bedroom faces a quiet garden. Ideal for couples and families with children (cot, toys and high chair available). Breakfast package option at an additional cost. Needs to be arranged in advance. There are two comfortable, year-round houses, a free-standing sauna and hot tub, and a barbecue gazebo. The windows offer a unique view of the beautiful valley and mountains. The "Górska Przystań Sierpnica" is dominated by peace and quiet, a beautiful, soothing view, and frequent guests are roe deer and field hares - inhabitants of nearby meadows and forests. I want trouble-free guests to make the stay a success for both parties. In addition to Kudowa itself, near Kłodzko, Duszniki, Polanica, Błędne Skaly, Skalne Miasto, Szczeliniec, Nachod, Praga. Keys to be collected after prior telephone information. I would like to add that we do not have Internet in our apartment, only terrestrial television. Feel free to ask questions. :)

The house is located on a fenced plot, adjacent to the owners' house and is at the foot of Szczytnik mountain. The windows overlook the meadows and hills.

The property is located on a spacious fenced plot surrounded by meadows and nearby forests. Access is via a 500m gravel road
