A dream house in Cantabria on the Atlantic Ocean on a hill with wide views over Cobreces. Everything is bright and spacious, with associated park with terraces, loungers and armchairs, inside wooden floor and built-in wardrobes and original artwork. Many birds in the garden you can watch. You gave the house its name: "El Jardin de las Aves" A sandy beach is minutes away, there is homemade cheese and honey in the monastery shop. The Cantabrian mountains are a half-hour away.

Very spacious house with a large garden, located a few minutes walk from La Concha beach. It has two floors: On the main floor there are three double bedrooms, a large living room, a small living room, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a toilet and a terrace overlooking the beach. This winter, two bedrooms and the living room have been renovated, and the main bathroom has been completely renovated.
