Sunset View is our cherished family holiday home, nestled in the heart of the Cotswold Lakes. A luxurious Scandinavian style lake house, the perfect place to unwind. Enjoy spacious open-plan living that flows seamlessly onto a large sun deck with direct access to the tranquil lake. Spend the days paddling on the water, firing up the BBQ or simply soaking up the surroundings. In the evenings, sink into the hot tub with a glass in hand and take in the stunning views as the sun sets over the water.

69 Windrush Lake, our 4 bedroom lake view home is the perfect place to relax. Set in beautiful grounds right next to a great lake which can be used for fishing, paddle-boarding or kayaking. Lots of other free activities on-site. We bought our holiday home in 2022 to create great memories for our family. We spent 5 months renovating the property inside and out with everything brand new and we are very proud of the home we have made. We ensure the property is always immaculately kept.

Perfectly located for RIAT, being walking distance from the Green Entry Point, The Old Bakery At The Grange is an ideal cottage for exploring all that the Cotswolds has to offer whatever the season. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel. Due to the character features of the cottage, it is unsuitable for very young toddlers and those unsteady on their feet.
