It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. It is an exterior space with a carefully designed interior, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy the city’s climate. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., as well as a washing machine in the bathroom). The bedroom, with large wardrobes, has a double bed measuring 150x190 cm. There is a separate, fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features another double bed of the same size. The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and is provided with bed linen and towels. It is located on the ground floor of a brand-new building. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. Bright, south-facing home in a quiet central neighborhood, just 600 meters from Retiro Park. Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.

I have had many guests and most of them, when they arrive, say that it looks just like the pictures. We have modern appliances (washer, stovetop, microwave, A/C, TV, refridgerator), fast Wi-Fi, and everything else you may need for a comfortable stay! Guests will have private access to the whole apartment. Important: For security reasons I need to know the names of all the guests that will be staying at the apartment during the reservation.
