A cottage on the edge of the forest in the picturesque village of Lbín-Hlinná offers privacy, peace and relaxation in the middle of the nature of the Bohemian Uplands. You'll have the entire fenced property with a garden, pond and stream all to yourself. The place is ideal for guests who want to slow down, take a break from the city, and enjoy quiet evenings in the countryside. The cottage is located approximately 5 km from Litoměřice and is a great starting point for trips to the Bohemian Uplands and nearby Prague.

House on Lake Hainer for 12 people with sauna + fireplace

The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature, but still want to have the cities of Berlin and Potsdam around the corner, this is the right place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs, there is the bedroom with a single bed and a king-size bed. We live next door, so there's no problem with keys. The time of arrival doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Free parking, including for lorries. Pets welcome.

Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Spend the night in an extraordinary industrial landmark in Leipzig: the 97 m² gallery loft extends over two levels and impresses with almost six-metre-high ceilings, large window facades and an open-plan living and dining area. Right on the waterfront, it combines historic industrial architecture with modern living comfort. A highlight is the private boat mooring. From here, you can explore Leipzig's waterways with our two-seater kayak, which is available for a small extra charge.

The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz area and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our apartment is located in our villa and is located right by the city harbor with swimming area and children's playground. A wonderful place for young families, but also cycling vacationers, racing fans and traveling senior WGs. Children up to 2 years stay with us free of charge.
