The room is basically divided in half with a glass sliding door, one part being the room and the other the bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the only room in the back of the building which adds to its comfort and quiet atmosphere.

Our balcony room is 25 m² and equipped with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hairdryer), a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe and a sitting area. In the room there is a king-size bed (1.80 m). The balcony offers various seating options overlooking the green Parisian street. Even in winter, you can end the day comfortably with our blankets. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a small refrigerator.
