Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

Stunning lake view

Apartment Valentina enjoys a stunning view of the first basin of Lake Como. Located on a small pedestrian street, it enjoys a unique peace and tranquility while maintaining its proximity to the city and the lake, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A few minutes walk to the Como-Brunate cable car, the restaurants on the lake, the beach of Viale Geno and the city center. The apartment is about 50 meters above the lake, so it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility

The heated wooden floor and the living area with exposed beams make the accommodation very welcoming. 'IN THE HORSE STABLE' Door to door with chicken and horse

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.

Come and enjoy the fresh Swiss mountain air. Our well equipped, self contained apartment is a great place to spend some time away in either Summer or Winter. Our place is just a 2 minute drive to Oberterzen to catch the cable car up to Flumserberg for a great day of skiing, mountain biking or hiking. We are also only a 3 minute drive to Unterterzen to spend a beautiful summers day at the Walensee.
