The house is located in a quiet street between the forest and the river on an 800 m2 area with a garden, fireplace, swing and trampoline for children. The grassy beach with the entrance to the river is 150 m from the house, and the forest is about 20 m away. There are many cycling routes around the lowland and sand pits suitable for swimming.

The village is close to Vltava river, there are few pubs, one restaurant, and store. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the smart house, and the magic garden. My place is good for creative couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).The cottage is newly painted and has new heating.

The Orli Nest is an experience in the woods on a rock. Relatively hard to reach. 60 min drive from Prague, 30 min from Plzen. Distance from parking 30 m. height and 80 m. distance. You just have to walk up the hill:) Drinking water and water for the shower you bring from a clean well, also 80 m below the shed. Electricity is limited -solar panel. There is a boat (Sharka). Behind the shed leads a beautiful trek along the red tourist trail. Nature and tranquility
