This self contained studio is 5 mins drive from M1. It is 10-15 mins walk from the train station to central London in 30 mins. Luton airport is 10 minutes drive & Heathrow is 45 minutes. L&D Hospital is 5 minutes walk. It has its own access separate to the main house. It’s ideal for short stay travellers. Maximum occupancy is 2 guests. It’s not suitable for children. Due to age of the painting, there are few spots on the walls. WE DO NOT ALLOW GUESTS TO USE OUR ADDRESS FOR MAIL OR DELIVERIES.

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Set on the edge of our family farm, surrounded by wildflowers, our railway cabin is a tranquil retreat in the picturesque village of Ashwell. Recently done up to a high standard, it makes for the perfect base if you are exploring the village or visiting friends. The cabin has ensuite facilities and a king-size double bed. Underfloor heating keeps it cosy all year round and an outdoor eating area and firepit make it a great place to relax and enjoy the spectacular sunsets.

Next to our thatched cottage and with a peaceful garden just for you and gorgeous country walks, you’ll feel at home in the heart of the country. A parking space is just by the barn. You get the annex to yourself, with WiFi, a well equipped kitchen, open plan lounge and dining space. The double bedroom includes a smart TV, crisp fresh sheets, towels and ensuite.

The barn is approximately 215 years old and situated in an English cottage garden on the doorstep of Woburn Abbey with lots of gorgeous walks in the beautiful countryside. The Abbey entrance gate is 0.2 miles away, you can walk through the deer park & extensive grounds. A public footpath takes you to the Elephant house & beyond. We are on the route of the famous Greensand Ridge & boast a lovely local pub the "Rose & Crown", serving good British food.

Apartment37 is a self contained luxury Apartment tucked away in the heart of Flitwick, just 5 minutes walk from a mainline train station taking you directly into London in just 45 minutes. Our apartment boasts lots of natural light, but our designer window frosting creates a very private and intimate feel making it the perfect location whether you just need an overnight stop or you want to stay a while with our "home from home" interior design.

A lovely detached self contained annexe . Newly decorated and fully furnished.Separate toilet and shower room . Full kitchen , with hob , oven , toaster , kettle , fridge freezer . Cutlery, plates and cooking equipment provided. There is a small patio area outside. Set in the countryside with some lovely local walks . The annexe is in our garden situated approximately 10 metres from our house .

Riverside Retreat

Nearly a century old, children call it “The Witches House” and we haven't changed it's magic. A mezzanine provides the main bedroom, a little window overlooks the lawns. Downstairs is a log burning stove, a sofa/double bed, and all facilities needed. French doors open to a patio over the river and woodland views. 40 minutes from London and you're in another world.
