Quiet split level farm home w/ garage parking

Welcome to the Gregoire Farm. Our home is a recently remodeled split level located on our family farm. It has 3 bedrooms and two baths as well a sofa bed. Park your car in our two car garage. Great place for a larger group to have plenty of room. A little ways off the beaten path but worth a little extra drive. 15 min drive to Vermillion, 20 min drive to Yankton and 35 minutes to Sioux Falls. If you are looking for a quiet place to yourself please consider us. Non-smoking, pet free home.

This 1,488 ft², 2+ Bed 2 Bath ranch with business suite accommodates 5 guests and is located in the coveted southside in a quiet neighborhood. Master has a king bed, bath, and walk-in closet. 2nd Bed has king bed. 3rd room has a twin bed and is equipped with desk and, high-speed Wi-Fi. The living room and kitchen with TV, gas fireplace. 2 stall garage. Deck with outdoor eating. Fenced backyard. Dogs welcome here! There is a $50/day charge for 5th guest and one-time $30 pet charge/stay.

The Grain Bin Lodge and Retreat

Sorry, no children under the age of 12. This large grain bin has been converted into a rustic two story getaway using reclaimed barn wood and many antiques. The 700 square foot main floor includes a full bath, a vintage retro kitchenette (micro wave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator/freezer, NO OVEN), reclining love seat, a smart tv with WIFI and Direct TV, along with a large dining area with 2 tables. The 500 square foot open loft area includes one full bed and 2 queen beds.

Private studio apartment with separate entrance 1/2 mile off I-90. NOTE: Busy street during business hours, but the apartment is quiet. Fast food, restaurants, grocery store nearby. Features Murphy queen bed, full futon with top bunk, kitchenette w/small sink, microwave, full fridge/freezer, Keurig, toaster, & induction stovetop. Separate bathroom, SMART TV, wifi, AC, heater, coffee and tea, as well as snacks. Towels, washcloths, and toiletries.
