You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Small subdivision with one way in and out. Good size fully fenced back yard and pet friendly(Keep pets off furniture please). Extremely close to the memorial park baseball and soccer complexes for super close access for tournaments. This house is a great option for seeing Bentonville, Crystal Bridges and Biking.
