It is a newly constructed basement apt with a separate entrance, having a grand view of the mountains on the west side and the view of the valley on the east side. The patio is large, beautiful, with a spellbinding view of the mountains. One can see the sunrise and the full moon rise from the deck itself. On dark nights the starry sky view is enthralling. The sunset and temple views can be seen from patio.

Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon.
