Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 p.m.

Surrounded by greenery, the whole house is for you, veranda, equipped kitchen, living room, two bedrooms with 140 and 90 cm beds, bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, private area and outdoor garden. The house is located just 700 m from the spa. And close to Lake Uby (swimming pool, swimming lake, padel, tennis), Paul Armagnac circuit, Aerodrome, golf. Many walks or bike rides are available. Quiet and bright house.

Enjoy this haven of peace located in a small village in the heart of the Armagnac country. The newly renovated home offers all the comforts you need for a peaceful holiday. It sleeps up to 5 people, has 3 bedrooms (including a smaller one) and a bathroom upstairs. On the ground floor a large living room with TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen, overlooking a large private garden . Beautiful view of the village church.

Stylish French character house with heated pool

The house is situated in a small hamlet, 8 km from a town with all amenities, in a rural setting with views over the Pyrenees and the rolling countryside. In the garden is a large pool with terrace, trampoline, volley, ping-pong, foot, darts... The house has 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine for 2 extra guests. (2 extra guests only during winter). There are some neighbours, so ideally for a calm holiday.
