Simplifiez-vous la vie dans ce logement paisible et à proximité du centre ville d'Agen en 10min à pied en empruntant la passerelle et à 5min du pont canal. Ce logement est attenant à ma propriété, vous aurez un accès indépendant du mien. Vous pourrez profiter de la cour extérieure et du barbecue l'été. Je me tiendrai à votre disposition durant votre séjour en cas de nécessité. Je loue du dimanche soir au vendredi, si vous souhaitez prolonger les séjours en week-end n hésitez pas à me demander.

Bedroom/living room composed of a 140 x 200 bed, a dining table and a 43-inch 4K Android TV with all channels (C+, RMC sport, Beinsport... Movies + series). A bathroom with shower, washing machine, vanity unit and toilet. A small terrace/pergola at the entrance to the accommodation with garden furniture. Electric roller shutters, heating/air conditioning.

Notre logement est proche du Château abbatial, des vestiges de l'Abbaye Clunisienne et du musée ethnographique, de chemins de randonnée, de circuits de découverte en voiture. Un commerce vous permettra de vous approvisionner(fermé le lundi) Vous apprécierez notre logement pour son emplacement, le calme. Le studio est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les voyageurs d'affaires, mais pas pour les enfants. Les animaux ne sont pas admis.

The Érables cottage, property under outdoor video surveillance system. The wooded property is located a short walk from the Canal du Midi and thus Lake Bergon. There is a large pool to share to enjoy the sunny days. The municipality of Lamagistère is located 15 km from Agen -47-. Nearby you will find many shops, restaurants as well as the Walygator amusement park 20 min away. The nearest train station is less than 1 km from the property.
