Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Lovely little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be a few steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and we are happy to share it with you!

3 km from the center of Vieux-Boucau, located in the heart of an airial, surrounded by pine trees and century-old cork oaks, this house is a haven of peace, close to the ocean beaches. Household products are provided. There is no cleaning fee, the house must be left clean.

Renovated in 2021, this single-story accommodation is located 2 steps from the center of Castets. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living room. A large partly covered outdoor terrace. Located on a 2000 m2 lot shared with my other listing. Linens and towels are provided for stays of at least 3 nights. For less I can offer it to you for a supplement of €20 for the whole. Cleaning before checkout.

Completely refurbished, it has a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The house is fully air-conditioned. Pool or hot tub rental is possible for an additional fee. Please note the pool is heated and is rented from April to October.
