Spacious apartment with a large kitchen

3 bedroom apartment, but with the sole use of a double room and exclusive use of a bathroom (the other 2 are closed). Great thermal and sound insulation of the house with A/C and heating. Filtered tap water in the kitchen for drinking. The house is located 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Bus 2 minutes to get to the train station and the University. Large garden area. Comfortable and equipped apartment, very close to the beach, well connected for having bus stops and good access to the main highways. Family building, which has a swimming pool, parking space and a cafeteria-bakery just outside the door. The barrio has pizzeria, bares-restaurantes, paddlesurf school and a horse riding 10min walking. A few minutes by car: aeroclub, golf club, supermarkets, port, pharmacy, spa, karts and water park (summer).

Apartment in Benicassim, Botavara area. Spectacular views of both the beach and the mountains. Located on the seventh floor. Thanks to Benicassim's climate and proximity to the sea, it is a great place to visit, featuring a mild climate in winter and cool in summer. The apartment has an excellent location, with a local bus stop below the house and a bus to Madrid a 2-minute walk away. Beach access 30 seconds away with lots of restaurants.
