Spacious, single-story house with 1,700 m² of land facing the sea. Casa da Costeira Cabaraú is very airy and fresh, spacious and quiet. It has large windows in all the rooms and direct access to the sea (rocky coast) from inside the grounds, through a staircase. The view is stunning. Safe for children and pets (the outdoor space is all surrounded by a screen). The house was built with great affection and care, and we will be very happy to provide you with an excellent stay!

The house has a stunning view, but it is located on top of a hill in the historic center of Ilhabela, in Vila, which makes it possible to have a view of the center, Ilhabela Yacht Club and the São Sebastião canal. The climb is very steep to reach the house. However, it is approximately 5 minutes by car from the historic center, restaurant, market, pharmacy, bank and beach of the village and saco da capela.

An old boat house, built in the 1950s and belonging to the old Belvedere Hotel, located in a small bay called Sepituba. At this hotel, my father spent his youth canoeing.
