E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.

Nice and refined penthouse in the center of Bari, on the eighth floor of a stately building: bedroom, equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher), bathroom with shower, large living room with comfortable sofa, laundry room, nicely furnished terraces with green and pergola. Ideal also for those traveling on business. Well placed to visit on foot all the most interesting places: historical center, shopping, promenade. The shuttle stop from / to the airport is 50 meters away.

It is in the heart of the historic center, very close to the city's main street. It is a historic building, developed on 3 levels with a room per floor connected by stairs, with historic furnishings, large kitchen, two double bedrooms and terrace with outdoor shower and an enchanting view. It overlooks one of the most magical squares in the city, quiet and elegant, with balconies. The stairs have handrails, but we do not recommend the place for people with limited mobility.
