2 room apartment, standing, bright new, quiet, 38 m2 large terrace 24m2 facing south sea view/Cap Canaille, 1st floor villa occupied on the ground floor by owners. 2 steps from the Port-Miou calanques and Bestouan beach, about 10minutes walk from the port. Free parking provided at the gated property. Our rates include free parking, supply of sheets/linens/linens/toilets as well as cleaning if the apartment is left in a good state of cleanliness (possibility of a cleaning fee of €50).

Bonjour, Je vous accueille personnellement dans cet appartement familial de vacances. Il a 2 pièces et un grand balcon exposé à l'Est, avec une superbe vue sur Cassis (Ce sont mes voyageurs qui le disent) Il est spacieux et lumineux, parfait 2 personnes. Il est à 5-7 minutes à pied du village, du port et de la grande plage. Je peux venir vous chercher à la gare de Cassis, si vous le désirez. ATTENTION L'APPARTEMENT N'EST PAS CLIMATISE Un peu, pour le bien de notre planète.

For 1 or 2 people in secured residence with swimming pool, 3 star rated apartment of 36 m2 with large terrace of 30 m2 facing south, fully equipped 15 min walk to the city center and the beach. Parking is free in the secure residence. The residence's swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 31st. All the comforts at home. Bakery, pharmacy, bank, caterer, breakfast and pizzeria 2 min walk down the residence.
