There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

L’antica torretta è stata restaurata con rispetto della sua storia e della sua anima. Gli arredamenti in legno rifiniti con oli naturali, le pareti in pietra e calce, i pavimenti in cotto fatto a mano con finitura in cera d’api e il riscaldamento a pavimento rendono questa struttura sana e rispettosa dell’ambiente. Very panoramic apartment of 30 m² with 4 beds, separate entrance, living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large outdoor terrace equipped with tables and barbecue. Simple and modern furnishings, equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, TV and heating. Parking inside the entrance gate. About 200 meters municipal pool located in pine forest, very quiet and economic. The "blue flag" sea is about 15 minutes by car.
