There are many activities available in the surrounding area: - About 5 km away is the historic center of Corigliano where it is possible to visit the Ducal castle with the magnificent hall of mirrors and the chapel of S. Agostino; the mother church of S. Maria Maggiore, the church of S.S Pietro e Paolo where the table Odigitria is kept. The sanctuary of S. Francesco di Paola and its ancient hermitage, the church of S. Anna and the church of S. Antonio, the canal bridge and the characteristic alleys of the town. We offer our guests a two-room apartment of about 50 square meters consisting of a living area with kitchen and sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed and possibly an additional single bed, and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment has a kitchen (complete with everything) with a welcome bottle of water, cold / hot air conditioning, free wi-fi, flat screen TV, bath and bed linens, shower shampoo / soap, shower caps , slippers (on request), hairdryer and safe. The apartment is located inside a historic mansion of the '700, where you can visit the old mill, a historic library and a family chapel. A buffet breakfast with sweet and savory food is served in a pretty courtyard or inside the hall of the tanks of the ancient mill, tastefully renovated. You can also use the swimming pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by secular olive-groves. The apartment is just minutes away, by car, from the seafront in Rossano, the town center and the beautiful old town!

Nowdays only 200 people live here. My father renovated the ancient family house: a two floor old Stone house with a gorgeous view on the Calabrian Sea. It's perfect for a couple who is discovering the old tradition of Calabria. Important: The only way to get to our house in Pietrapaola is by car. No public transport or taxi
