The house is a property of 1930, completely restored, respecting some of the ancient elements, carpentry, viguería ... It has a beautiful patio from which you can see one of the fortresses that surround the city It is located in a fishing, flamenco and seafaring neighborhood. Close to Cala Cortina beach and the port and only a short walk to the old town. The bus and train station are also very close. Very well connected. Easy parking.
