Our Place is full of country charm with little touches to make it feel more like your place! Cook in the full kitchen with a coffee bar, enjoy the deck to watch the stars or the animals play (Fiona the Great Pyrenees lives with her goats nearby & you may have visits from the friendliest beagle, Bella), or enjoy the fire-pit in the courtyard. We're far enough from town to enjoy the quiet but close enough for all things Eureka Springs/Branson has to offer. Let us be the reason you come each year!

Livingston Junction Caboose 101 Private HOT TUB

You'll love this unique and romantic escape. This Caboose Cabin is set up on the rails, just as it was when it was rolling across the American countryside. You will find the Caboose furnished with a Queen Bed, stand up shower, TV DVD player & Kitchenette. You will be able to relax on the spacious deck. The Hot Tub is an incredible place to enjoy an evening under the stars. Wooded views surround the Caboose, providing privacy and creating an intimate setting a place that you will never forget.

Wooded, very private cabin down its own road in the mountains outside Eureka Springs. Wonderful outdoor space with large stone fireplace and swing-bed. Cabin is about 10 miles from downtown and is over 100 years old but has been completely restored to its original glory. Very secluded and wonderfully tranquil spot to relax and refresh. Bring your furry friends with you! We are located close to the White River and Lake Leatherwood park as well as Beaver Lake which is about 5 minutes away.

The Park Suite is a great home base near downtown. It includes a king bed, kitchenette, wifi, flat screen tv, and outdoor deck. The Suite has a private entrance with designated off street parking. Common areas include the garden and our (Grotto) where you can see Gadd spring, one of the areas many natural springs. It’s a short walk to Historic downtowns shops, restaurants, and activities. King bed, oversized jetted spa tub, large deck, full kitchen, electric fireplace, pullout sofa bed, and secluded tranquility. Minutes away from Downtown Eureka Springs and about 2 miles from the Kings River. No WIFI, but we do have DISH television. Due to the gravel driveway/incline, we do not recommend low to the ground sport cars or motorcycles, or please use caution.
