No kitchen but fridge, microwave, kettle, and Dolce Gusto coffee maker available as well as cutlery, plates and glasses. Quiet with private entrance, you will enjoy everything nearby (restaurants, shops, bus). PLEASE NOTE, vans cannot enter (parking nearby).

You will stay in a nice independent mezzanine studio, fully equipped, adjoining my house. Access is secured by a gate and keypad and you can park inside the property. You access it via an external staircase. This comfortable studio is quiet and bright with a view of the unoverlooked garden. You have an equipped kitchen, Nespresso coffee machine, cooking essentials and a beautiful bathroom with large shower and toilet.

La Chapelle-sur-Erdre: Studio Number 2

We welcome you in the heart of a very quiet village in the Chapelaine countryside. Attractive living space where you can prepare your meals if you wish. Check-in time is from 3:00 p.m., Check-out before 11am. For maximum freedom, your entrance is independent. €35 for one person's occupancy €55 for two people. Remember to select the right number of occupants! :)
