Shops a short drive as is the stunning south coast. Heated by wall heaters in the two main rooms. Beautiful Victorian cottage, full of charm. Ideal for a family/couple. Old Cornish pub, great food, stunning Quay, kids park opposite, cycling trail, many walking tracks within the quaint, historic village. Devoran is an ideal central location to explore Cornwall & it's huge amount of stunning beaches. NT Trelissick House & Gardens, Trebah, Eden Project. St Ives, St Micheals Mount. etc Please bring bath towels. Well behaved dogs welcome with prior agreement, no dogs in the main season.

The Summer House, ( Cosy wooden cabin / private)

Our beautiful wooden cabin, is tucked away, with creek & countryside views, but still within the village. The cabin, boasts a fabulous private garden, with BBQ for both morning and evening sun. The living room includes futon company sofa bed, table, kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave ,toaster). A separate shower room, bedroom (king size beds). The private garden, offers patio furniture, BBQ, and access to shared children's swings. ( our children still like to use them!)

Delightful 1 bedroom shepherd’s hut with pool

Escape to the countryside and stay in Juniper, a charming yet simple oak-built shepherd’s hut. Inside, you’ll find a comfy bed, a two-ring hob, an integrated fridge, and a cozy wood burner. The hut also has its own compact en-suite shower room. While the space is rustic and no-frills, guests can enjoy access to an indoor heated pool (bookable in hourly slots), a fully equipped gym, and a tennis court. For extra relaxation, the on-site spa offers massages and CACI treatments.

The Studio Flat is on three levels. A comfortable lounge with big TV, sofa, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave. Shower, sink, heated towel rail and toilet on level two, double bedroom with garden views on third level. I can pull out a single mattress for an extra third person. Private, separate entrance, off road car parking. Situated between Truro and Falmouth. An extremely handy location. Please note that it’s not suitable for babies or very young children.

There are traditional barn features such as exposed beams, wooden staircase and internal doors, and slate windowsills. Contrasting this, is the modern dressings and kitchen, with a luxurious bathroom and a tropical plant theme. One dog is welcome.
