Beautiful house for residential use and rest in Melgar. It has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom on the second floor has a private bathroom. 2 bedrooms on the first floor with a social bathroom with shower, dining room, living room and kitchen. It has a PRIVATE POOL, large green area. Two terraces, one of them on the second floor with a beautiful view of the mountains.
