Completely renovated in early 2022, the cottage can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideally located just minutes from the historic center and shops in a quiet and green environment. The cottage is on our property, but is completely separate from our house.

Charming townhouse in Périgord Noir

Come and get away from it all in this 200-year-old house called RUBIX. This beautiful 130 m2 house is located in the centre of Carlux: between the 14th century church and the 11th century castle. You will be 20 minutes from Sarlat, a medieval town in Périgord Noir and 15 minutes from Souillac in the Lot. You will find the Dordogne river 2km away, the Vezere a little further, the famous castles and villages of the Dordogne valley a few km further.

Domaine de Campagnac – Catalpa Gîte

This beautiful cottage is located on the ground floor and is fully equipped with air conditioning/heating in all the rooms. Open kitchen and living room with seating area. The 4 bedrooms have double beds with private bathrooms, including a separate toilet. You can enjoy a shared heated pool with two other cottages, open from early May to late September (depending on the weather). There is also a ping pong table, balls and relaxation areas.
