Our holiday apartment is located in the right part of a family house in the Carinerland OT New Karin in M-V. Through a separate entrance, the guest has complete privacy. From the kitchen you have an unobstructed view of the countryside and in the exterior there is a south-facing terrace. The apartment is modern and comfortably furnished, age-appropriate (partly also disabled accessible). For peace seekers and nature lovers. A free Wi-Fi connection is available.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a listed villa. Well-known architect Thormann built the villa around 1860 as a residence for himself. The villa is located in the centre of the old town, 5min walk to the market , train station or the marina worth seeing. As a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Wismar offers a fascinating old town with loving cafes to linger in. In about 30 minutes you can reach the Baltic Sea beaches Boltenhagen , Island Poel or Kühlungsborn.

In 7 minutes you can reach the center of Wismar by car. In about 15 minutes, our island of Poel, which is worth seeing, can be reached by car. On 75 m² there is a modern kitchen, a bedroom, the bathroom, a large hallway and a living room on the ground floor. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for self-catering. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed. If necessary, the armchair bed can also be pulled out to form a cozy single bed. A crib can also be set up. In the living room, the couch and the two armchairs can be converted into two cozy beds.

We are renting out an inviting studio apartment overlooking the Baltic Sea right on the Salzhaff in Boiensdorf. It is ideal for two people. The apartment is located in the magnificent farmhouse on the 2nd floor. It is about 40 square meters and has a small hallway in the entrance area, a bathroom with shower, an open living-sleeping area and a balcony, about 8 square meters.
