This place is pretty special! A lovingly restored school bus now spends its time nestled amongst gum trees. You'll soak up the warmth of the morning sun, whilst listening to the bird life, and watching sheep, cows and kangaroos in neighbouring paddocks. The privacy and tranquility will allow you make yourselves at home. Whether you’re reading in a hammock, drinking wine watching the sunset, soaking in a spa, playing boardgames, or cooking on the Weber. Not suitable for children or pets.

The Lookout - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Loft Apartment

If a place was an exhale, this would be it. The space was created with slow & sustainable living in mind, giving you space to breathe & time to truly switch off. The Lookout sits in an open paddock, with 360 views of farmland. Take it all in from your bathtub or through huge windows that frame views stretching right over the wilds of Wildwood. Inside is a cocooning embrace; it’s the dreamiest sanctuary for two. Unfortunately our property is not set up to host newborns, infants or toddlers.

The location is ideal for taking advantage of the attractions and events that Dunsborough, Busselton and the Margaret River Wine Region have to offer.

Escape to our cozy sea container cabin on 100 secluded acres of natural beauty. Relax by the indoor fireplace and under the stars at the outdoor fire pit. Soak in the outdoor bathtub, and enjoy the full kitchen and the large deck offers breathtaking views of the valley. Our cabin is close to the main winery area, perfect for wine tasting adventures. Only 2.5 hours from Perth, it's an easy getaway. Take a refreshing swim in the dam, explore the small vineyard, or go on multiple bush walks.

The Studio, Yallingup

Situated in Yallingup, The Studio has amazing ocean and garden views. It is a short stroll to the beach, national park, Caves House hotel, general store, bakery and coffee outlets. There is a king-sized bed, comfortable seats, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, barbecue, kitchenette, filtered water and balcony. There are 22 steps, with handrails, down to The Studio. Sunny Side is a country style house and is set in a magnificent garden amongst the peppermint trees giving you plenty of shade and privacy. Relax and enjoy with all the conveniences of home. Set near the pristine and sheltered waters of Geographe Bay you can take a dip in the Indian ocean or sit back, relax on the pristine beach. Located between the town hubs of Dunsborough and Busselton, Siesta park is quiet and a perfect setting to escape the hustle and bustle.

Mulberry Cottage is 1 of 2 cottages we have on our small cattle farm. Mulberry cottage is in a beautiful rural setting, overlooking our paddocks and dam. It is light and airy and newly built. We are conveniently situated between Busselton, Margaret River and Dunsborough. The nearest supermarket is just 7 minutes drive away at Vasse.
