Very close to all the services offered by the town (restaurants, bars, parks, supermarkets, Carballo Spa, Pazo de Cultura, libraries...) 10 minutes from the beaches (Razo-Baldayo...) 20 minutes from A Coruña 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela.

There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.
