Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview

Field End, Cornish rural escape.

Get away from it all and stay on a small farm on the edge of Bodmin Moor. Surrounded by beautiful views of the moor and farmland. It’s only 11 miles to the South Coast and 30 miles to the surfing beaches of the North Coast. There are several pubs within 3 miles of Fanola’s Farm, Farm shops and tea rooms. Go for a walk, ride or cycle on Bodmin Moor or stay at Field End and light the fire pit and have a barbecue under the starlit dark skies. We have two other holiday lets at Fanolas Farm.

There is private parking for 6 car cars with an EV charging point and the outside space includes a huge decked area and a large secure garden.

The Weekender is a contemporary space,38sqm with stunning views all round step through the door and relax. The decor is stylish, comfortable, a beautiful haven to sit and contemplate the breathtaking surroundings from. Described by a recent guest as "The most beautiful small space they'd ever stayed in" It can be difficult to do anything here other than unwind. But if you can drag yourself away from this little gem it's a great place to explore North Cornwall's diverse delights from.

Explore the numerous local footpaths, or take a short trip to Minions and discover the stunning Bodmin Moor. The historic market town of Tavistock is just 9 miles away, and Dartmoor is well worth a visit. Additionally, there are a number of National Trust properties are nearby, such as Lanhydrock House and Cothele.

A family run business is run from adjacent to the property The annex has its own private entrance up a flight of steps. Entrance door leads into a modern and comfortable open plan set up with a double bed, bathroom and a kitchenette including microwave, small oven fridge, and electric hob. Our small south facing shepherd’s hut sits within its own private acre garden in Cornwall’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Enjoy the views inside the hut, sit on the decked veranda or relax inside the recently added seating/dining pod & cook using the new outdoor kitchen. Discreetly sited, yet encapsulating views of the World Heritage Site. Close to all Bodmin Moor attractions, yet also not far from Looe, Polperro, Tintagel, Padstow or the Eden Project.
