Please feel free to take coffee and use the coffee machine. Update: Facade is fully renovated! No longer construction. Feel like you’re home 🏠

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!
