Small, unique cottage in a quiet neighborhood on an old road near the marshes and bays in Kitty Hawk, NC. ( The cottage is across the street from the mailbox.) The cottage is tucked away on the backside of the barrier island; however, we are close to the beach and centrally located to most of the towns along the Outer Banks. This is a NON-SMOKING property.
