Our house is located in the locality of Le Couquet, municipality of Capdenac-Le-Haut (46), at the gates of Lot and Aveyron, a pretty fortified medieval village overlooking the Lot river and part of the most beautiful villages in France. The proposed accommodation is located on the first floor of our house. Completely renovated, it is independent and accessible via an external staircase. It has a terrace that overlooks the pool and offers a beautiful panorama of the Lot Valley. Designed for 2 adults

Écogîte Lalalandes Aveyron

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Le Nid du Merle is a little haven of peace. Quiet and elegant accommodation, large air-conditioned bedroom with a bathroom with bathtub and shower and an equipped kitchen. Chalet with its own two-seater jacuzzi + Finnish sauna for private use, with open area: garden furniture, terrace, bioclimatic pergola barbecue and plancha. Access to the outside swimming pool area heated to 27°C and a large outdoor jacuzzi. Boulodrome (petanque kit). Mini animal park, flower beds over 2 ha.

Lot house, restored and carefully decorated, in the heart of the Quercy Regional Natural Park. Located 10 minutes from Rocamadour and Padirac, it is the perfect place to discover the region while enjoying the calm of its location. Maison Rossignol is a 19th century building. Completely restored with contemporary materials, composed of a floor with two large bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, an open equipped kitchen and a large living room. On the ground floor, an independent 35 m2 studio with a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet. There is also a 300 m2 garden, a summer lounge, as well as an 8 m long heated slate pool, out of sight.
