Very nice 120 m2 apartment with panoramic views, parking, refurbished in August 2018, located on the seafront with terrace, on the 4th floor of a luxury residence. Ideally located, a 10-minute walk from Gare d 'Arcachon and 100 meters from the pedestrian shopping street with many restaurants. Very nice beach facing the residence (Plage Thiers). The famous Thiers Pier is 200 meters away from which fireworks on July 14 and August 15 are pulled each year.

Ideally located apartment on the front line at Pointe de l'Aiguillon, close to shops in the Aiguillon district. You will enjoy a nice 85 m2 refurbished apartment, with a balcony for your lunches facing the Bay. At the foot of the apartment is a small beach and an oyster shack where you can taste oysters and shellfish. Arcachon city center is a 5-minute drive away as well as the train station. No pets allowed.
