The villa is located on a quiet street on a generous plot with a lovely Spanish garden, private pool, several little seating areas, a traditional naya to hide away from the midday sun and a 150 year old olive tree to relax under.

The Villa boasts a 12x5m pool with poolside shower, bar with authentic pizza oven and BBQ area's. The gardens have fruit trees and several areas for relaxing, dining alfresco or just soaking up the Spanish sunshine. The villa is positioned in a quiet cul-de-sac just off the coastal road and only a very short stroll to all amenities and a 20 minute walk to the main beach and town of Moraira. The villa is fully equipped including aircon, Wi-Fi and satellite TV.

Apartment with a private pool

Cozy apartment with independent entrance- half of the private villa. One bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. Best suits for one couple. Pivate pool, BBQ and sauna are only for the use of the guests of the apartment. Another half of villa will be empty or occupied by the owner (Valentina). Your privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach named Advocat is just 7 minutes walking distance away. 3 different restaurants are 5-10 min away by walking.

The house (built between 1910-1920) is one of the few traditional Mediterranean-style buildings in the area that has been preserved and has not been demolished in order to build apartment blocks. The spirit of the house is humble and simple, although from the first moment you cross the entrance gate, its cozy and unique essence invades you. This unique character can be seen in every detail around you and in every corner of the house.

The Hacienda Benissa has been renovated with all modern comforts but retaining the authentic warm atmosphere of a hacienda.
