Il se trouve au coeur de Bernay dans une rue calme à 7 min à pied de la gare reliant Paris, Caen, Rouen et Deauville et à proximité des commerces et restaurants. Bernay est une petite ville agréable aux colombages normands idéalement située à 1h des côtes normandes en voiture (Deauville, Cabourg et Honfleur).

On vient séjourner à "La Petite Passière" pour sa situation, dans un jardin à l'anglaise de 3 hectares, blotti au coeur des prairies et des forets de la vallée d'Exmes, diamant du pays d'Auge. On y goûte ainsi l'air pur et le calme d'une nature préservée, offrant des paysages exceptionnels à 360 degrés.
