It is within walking distance of the Little River cafe and art gallery, and close to the rail trail (biking), bush walks, the Hilltop tavern for food and music, beautiful beaches and Akaroa. Pots and pans etc and board games to play. Super funky toilet block and spacious shower room just a short walk away on lush lawns. Gorgeous rural outlook. Ocean 1min drive away. Akaroa 20mins. No WiFi but excellent coverage on Spark network, average on Vodafone.
