It has independent access from the rest of the building, going up only 3 steps, it has a large outdoor terrace with garden and ocean views. Very sunny and located in a residential area very close to beaches and at the same time, close to downtown. Bus stop 200 meters away, as well as a bicycle station. It is next to the Palacio de Festivales, 12-15 min. from the Centro Botín and beaches.
