Marie Claude and Joël will be happy to welcome you and if necessary we live right next door.

Relax at this fully restored 16th century gite in the heart of the 11 Ha estate, embellished with century-old oak trees. You will enjoy a soothing and serene setting 1 hour 15 minutes from Bordeaux and the ocean beaches of Hossegor, with many walking or cycling walks, 10 minutes from all amenities. Available: table tennis, trampoline, rackets, petanque, darts, table football. Swimming pool only in July and August: saltwater, heated, secure, 12m x 6m, open from 12 noon to 8 p.m.

Pleasant 25 m² studio, fully furnished with taste, adjoining our property, with separate and private entrance, composed of: - Equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, utensils) - Bedroom with 160 x 200 bed - Bathroom - Separate toilet - Smart TV and Wi-Fi - Small private outdoor area.
