The house has been refurbished for more comfort, it is located at the foot of the quiet Black Mountain, 2 km from the center of Labruguière, 15 minutes from Mazamet and its footbridge, 1 hour from Carcassonne, 1 hour from Toulouse, 1 hour 30 minutes from the sea, 10 minutes from Castres, 40 minutes from Albi. Many hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible near the accommodation. Swimming pool on the property. Swimming in the lakes, farmers' market in summer in Castres, Mazamet. I will be delighted to inform you about your outings.

Guests can park their vehicle in the property which is private and closed. The 35 m2 studio is newly renovated with an independent entrance which gives you complete freedom of access. Possibility to put bicycles in the shelter. Food , bakery and laundromat open 7/7 7am-7:30 pm at 800m.
