This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. Fayrie Ridge Cottage

Fayrie Ridge Cottage is close to climbing in Rumney, Canaan Motor Club (a five minute drive,) and Green Woodlands, known for hiking/biking in summer and cross country skiing in winter. The cottage sits on a property with great views and friendly hosts. The fully equipped kitchen, large bath, queen-sized and bunkbeds, and comfortable living area with many DVD movies make your stay the best. Renovations continue. Internet is now thru cable, so there is WiFi, but the cell tower hasn't gone up.
