The living room is modern and stylish, featuring a comfortable sofa and a large 75-inch smart TV for movie and streaming nights. It also includes air conditioning with heating function, as well as a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere during cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen is new and high quality, featuring modern brand-name appliances (including Bosch). It includes an oven with integrated air fryer function, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher and a large American-style fridge with ice dispenser. The bathroom is modern and includes a shower and toilet. There is also a comfortable lounge area next to the large barbecue grill, ideal for social evenings. The 9 × 3 meter swimming pool is the centerpiece of the outdoor area. It is illuminated and surrounded by four sun loungers and two large sun umbrellas. The entire outdoor area is beautifully lit in the evenings. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. A washing machine is provided. Street parking is available directly in front of the house. All windows are fitted with mosquito screens.

The renovation carried out by the architecture studio GÁLVEZ+DÍAZ has managed to rescue the original hydraulic pavements hidden under two levels of tiles, restore the balcony doors and the modernist viewpoint of the facade and enhance the solid brick of the original load-bearing walls of the building and its structure of sawn wooden beams.
