Well maintained 3 bedroom home in a quiet neighborhood. Bathroom has double sinks with shower/jacuzzi tub with jets. Smart tv in the living room with comfy seats. Enhanced cleaning. All appliances including a dishwasher and microwave, coffee and tea. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Full length covered front porch, large back deck with a private back yard. Plenty of parking with car port. The home is 7 minutes drive to LU- all highway with easy access to 501 and 460 and downtown Lynchburg.

Formally a garage, this property has been transformed into a trendy two bedroom home! Located on premises at The Midtown Lofts, you can enjoy all of the amenities the property has to offer. This modern, single family home has been remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home including brand new beds ( replaced fall 2024) a grill and fire pit!
