Exclusive, modern, and cozy apartment with a patio, located in a quiet residential area of Madrid. The room, fully equipped, has 50 square meters distributed into a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, a full bathroom, and a spacious terrace. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. It is an exterior space with a carefully designed interior, featuring high-speed Wi-Fi and climate control, including both air conditioning and heating. The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. Additionally, there is a patio with outdoor furniture to enjoy the city’s climate. The kitchen, integrated into the living room, is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., as well as a washing machine in the bathroom). The bedroom, with large wardrobes, has a double bed measuring 150x190 cm. There is a separate, fully equipped bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom features another double bed of the same size. The apartment also includes an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, etc., and is provided with bed linen and towels. It is located on the ground floor of a brand-new building. This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. The room has, among others: - heating. - air-conditioning. - Wifi. - TV. - full kitchen. - washer. - natural light. - elevator in the building. - telephone (wireless intercom). - hangers in the closets. - check-in at any time (Under availability). - and attention during the stay in case of any incident. Additionally, Minty Stay will be in charge of arranging the arrival of the guests to the accommodation, solving doubts about the access or the functioning of the equipment available in the apartment. Finally, guests will have access to a web app that contains relevant information about the apartment, the house rules and certain useful services for travelers such as luggage storage or transfer service to the airport.

IMPORTANT: FOR REASONS OF HYGIENE, WE DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD PRODUCTS: NO OIL, NO SALT, NO VINEGAR, NO SUGAR. NO COFFEE OR TEA EITHER. A cosy and functional duplex located on Calle General Ricardos, a few minutes' walk from the iconic Puente de Toledo. Description of the space: Location: Quiet residential area with excellent access to public transport, supermarkets, bars and all kinds of services. Living room: Comfortable space with sofa, smart TV, ducted air conditioning and heating, and dining area. The window has smart blinds that make it easy to control the amount of light coming in. The sofa does not make a bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven-microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and essential utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedrooms arrangement: On the ground floor, a room with a 1.50 m double bed. There is no TV or desk. On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a 1.35 m double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. It doesn't have a TV or a desk. Bathroom: With a shower and a set of toiletries consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Important: Food and basic cooking items are not provided. In addition, the building has free lockers for guests, subject to availability. They're perfect if you arrive before the apartment is ready or if you need to leave your bags after check-out. To use them, you need a €1 coin, which is returned when you take out the key. Services for families: Finally, a cot and a high chair are available on request. We just need you to request them in advance so that they're ready for your arrival.

Fun and original, with an industrial-chic vibe, this 160 m² house has lots of natural light, a small garden, and a private parking spot. Downstairs there’s a large open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area (about 70 m² / 750 sq ft), with underfloor heating and AC in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we provide bed linens, towels, and all the basics you’ll need for a comfortable stay. You’ll also find a small private gym on this floor. Upstairs are the three bedrooms: • The main bedroom has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and a private bathroom. • The second bedroom also has a 180 x 200 cm / 71 x 79 inches bed (King Size) and shares a bathroom with the third room. • The third bedroom, which is the smallest, has a trundle bed (90 x 200 cm). It can be pulled out to create two single beds (90 x 200 cm each), placed very close together—ideal for two kids or two people who are comfortable sharing close space. There’s also the option to join them and form a 180 x 200 cm bed (King Size), suitable for a couple.
