This fully equipped apartment offers 60 square meters of living space, comprising a living-dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms. It can accommodate up to four people, making it perfect for families, couples, and business trips. The apartment features a stylish design, high-speed Wi-Fi, and climate control (air conditioning and heating). The living room includes a sofa, dining table, and Smart TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, ceramic hob, etc., plus a washing machine in the bathroom). The master bedroom, with ample wardrobes, features a 150x190 cm double bed. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a double bed of the same size. There is another separate, spacious bathroom with a shower. The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, toaster, hairdryer, and more, and comes with bed linen and towels. It is located on the second floor of a brand-new building with an elevator. This apartment is not a tourist accommodation and is therefore not rented for tourist stays. It is rented only for temporary stays for work, study, medical reasons, etc. The tenant must sign a temporary stay contract, which will be provided before moving in. This contract will primarily outline the conditions agreed upon at the time of booking, the purpose of the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist purposes), and the prohibition of subletting and carrying out alterations. During your stay you have access to the entire home, so you can enjoy the entire apartment. You can use all the rooms and the fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes. The home is delivered with bed linen and towels (one set for each guest). In the bathroom, you will find small bottles of hand soap, shampoo and shower gel for the first day. A cosy and functional duplex located on Calle General Ricardos, a few minutes' walk from the iconic Puente de Toledo. Description of the space: Location: Quiet residential area with excellent access to public transport, supermarkets, bars and all kinds of services. Living room: Comfortable space with sofa, smart TV, ducted air conditioning and heating, and dining area. The window has smart blinds that make it easy to control the amount of light coming in. The sofa does not make a bed. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven-microwave, extractor hood, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge and essential utensils. A welcome cleaning kit is included. Bedrooms arrangement: On the ground floor, a room with a 1.50 m double bed. There is no TV or desk. On the top floor, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a 1.35 m double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. It doesn't have a TV or a desk. Bathroom: With a shower and a set of toiletries consisting of 2 gel-shampoo dispensers and 2 rolls of toilet paper. Important: Food and basic cooking items are not provided. In addition, the building has free lockers for guests, subject to availability. They're perfect if you arrive before the apartment is ready or if you need to leave your bags after check-out. To use them, you need a €1 coin, which is returned when you take out the key. Services for families: Finally, a cot and a high chair are available on request. We just need you to request them in advance so that they're ready for your arrival.
