On the ground floor, with a separate entrance, there is a combined kitchen-living room with a sofa bed, an induction hob, a wood-burning stove, and a bathroom. The mezzanine accommodates the double bed, with the option of adding a single sofa bed. The barbecue area, the pergola with kitchen, the swimming pool, and the outdoor toilet and shower are for shared use.
