The vehicle parking area is shared with the owners and residents of the premises and is completely enclosed. The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the southern toll of Perpignan, 20 minutes from the center of Perpignan and 35 minutes from Canet.

Vous disposez en rez-de-chaussée d'un accès individuel ainsi que d'un jardin sans vis à vis exposé plein sud. Situé en face de la promenade piétonne du quartier Torcatis, plus besoin d'utiliser la voiture grâce à l'accès direct au centre ville via la passerelle piétonne. Les places autour du logement sont gratuites, sinon un petit parking à 2€ la journée se trouve juste devant l'appartement.

Come and unwind in this peaceful oasis in the heart of the garrigue. You will have the medieval village of Castelnou as your landscape and the Canigou as your horizon. You will occupy part of a Catalan farmhouse, a studio equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Depending on your mood, enjoy the terraces and the pool or go hiking, or go back in time by strolling through the cobbled streets of the village, or head to the beaches of the Côte Vermeille.

Pretty independent studio of 18m2 for 2 people (suitable for wheelchair), there is a sofa bed whose mattress is of very good quality. It opens onto a pleasant courtyard with an electric barbecue. SAINT-FELIU-DUps is a small peaceful village close to Perpignan between sea and mountain, close to sites to visit such as the Orgues d 'Illes, and beautiful hiking spots. 30 min from Canet beach and Spain, 1 hour from the mountain. Bed and bath linen are provided.

The studio is air-conditioned. It has a fully private patio, ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing! Trouillas is located on the Wine Route, in the heart of the Aspres. A paradise for lovers of hiking and gastronomic tours. Spain is a 20-minute drive away.

David, passionate, practicing and making French artisanal bicycles will advise you on multiple routes on foot or by bike from the cottage.
